Discover the scenic quiet roads of the Revolution Ride with its beautiful open fields and woodlands. The routes are variations of the NSC Apple Pi ride routes.
The 29-mile route takes place mostly on the scenic back roads of Concord, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Billerica and Bedford. The 39-mile route coincides with the first 9 miles of the 29-mile route before continuing west out of Concord along roads spotted by numerous farms and conservation areas in Acton, Littleton, and Westford. The longer route rejoins the 29-mile route in Chelmsford. Both routes pass through Great Brook Farm State Park in Carlisle, a convenient stopping point for those who might need an ice cream (who doesn’t?) or facilities break.
