After the Ride

At the Ride Location

• Optionally, offer a social gathering with snacks and drinks after Sunday rides.
• Note any feedback regarding the route, cues, or any safety issues.
• There's no obligation to wait until the last rider returns to the parking area. However if you hear of a problem here are some guidelines:
  • Ask the later riders who arrive if they know of someone still riding. 
  • Call or text them if you have their number and are concerned.
  • Check your e-mail for any message from the missing rider.
  • If you are concerned that a rider remains out much longer than expected, backtrack partway by car. However, be aware that the missing rider may have deviated from the route, stopped at a bathroom or a shop for food.  
• Police the area for litter and trash after most of the riders have returned.

Upon Arriving Home

• Send a photo of any completed liability waiver form to membership@nscyc.org 
• Contact the Ride Coordinator with any route updates or safety concerns 
• Notify the NSC Board in the event of an accident 
• Submit your completed expense reimbursement form
